Return Policy
Online Return Policy:
- Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, nor can products purchased in store be returned or exchanged online
- Who Cares Wear has the right to decline a return or exchange should it not fulfill the following criteria:
- Online returns must be initiated by submitting the Returns Authorization form. To receive a form, please email whocareswear@gmail.com. Complete and submit the form and be sure to include your original purchase order number
- Returns must be shipped within 14 business days of receiving the merchandise and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please include a copy of your invoice with returned merchandise.
- We offer refunds on merchandise that is in original condition and unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way and with original tags attached
- Unworn footwear must be in its original condition with original tags attached and in its original shoe box packaging
- Undergarments, jewelry and sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges
For exchanges, we suggest a return of the original item (see Return Policy above) and place a second order for a new item.
In-store Return Policy:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase along with a copy of your original receipt. Items are returned for credit, sorry, no refunds. The credit will be credited on the customer account used in the original transaction
- We offer credit on merchandise that is in original condition and unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way and with original tags attached
- Unworn footwear must be in its original condition with original tags attached and in its original shoe box packaging
- Sale items or regular priced items discounted with a promo are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Undergarments, jewelry and sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges
