Return Policy


  • As we are a small boutique, we offer exchanges and credit on merchandise. We do not offer refunds
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, nor can products purchased in store be returned or exchanged online 
  • Who Cares Wear has the right to decline a return or exchange should it not fulfill the following criteria:
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to first email whocareswearstalbert@gmail.com in order for a return or exchange to take place. No exceptions
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 business days of receiving the merchandise and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please include a copy of your invoice with returned merchandise. Items are returned for credit, sorry, no refunds. The credit will be credited on the customer account used in the original transaction
  • We offer credit on merchandise that is in original condition and unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way and with original tags attached
  • Unworn footwear must be in its original condition with original tags attached and in its original shoe box packaging
  • Regular priced items discounted with a promo code is final sale. No returns or exchanges
  • Undergarments, jewelry and sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges

For exchanges, we suggest a return of the original item (see Return Policy above) and place a second order for a new item with the refunded credit
