The Highland Skirt is cut from textured cotton. It comes with a wide elasticized waistband for all-day comfort and a self-tie sash to cinch the waist. The delicate pleating from the yoke seam lends the silhouette subtle sophistication, as does the flowy hem that we designed to hit right above the ankle.
